How to request deletion
To request deletion of CafeOrder24 account, cafe, menu, order, uploaded file, or integration data, send an email to support with the cafe name, account email or login identifier, and a short deletion request.
What happens next
- We will verify that the requester is authorized to manage the cafe account.
- We will delete or anonymize data that is no longer required to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
- Some billing, security, and transaction records may be retained where required by law or payment providers.
